As Office Manager, Jo ensures the entire branch runs with precision and professionalism. She leads all administrative operations, supports advisors behind the scenes, and serves as a calm, reliable presence for our clients. Whether she’s assisting with account maintenance or navigating complex paperwork, Jo helps make every client interaction feel seamless.
Jo has called the Grand Valley home since 1988 and is deeply rooted in the local community. A lifelong contributor to Girl Scouts of the USA—first as a participant, then as a leader—she’s spent over three decades modeling service and leadership. Jo is also a commissioned Notary Public and offers complimentary notary services as part of our commitment to client support.
